What is the purpose of SexyFlings?
The purpose of the SexyFlings site is to make it as easy as possible for you to meet people, using the power of the internet. At SexyFlings, you'll find a community of people using the site as a tool to make connections and find partners for dating, romance, friendship, and a variety of encounters. To find your match, we offer several powerful features, which allow you to narrow your search so that you are able to find exactly the kind of person you, are looking for. On various occasions, we also add new features to make your time at SexyFlings a successful and fun experience.
Is SexyFlings really free?
Basic membership is free. As a Basic member, you can do basic member searches, receive email, view profiles, and upload a profile and pictures. If you decide you want to speed up your search, consider upgrading to our Gold level membership. Gold level membership offers far more privileges.
What is the difference between entering as a guest and entering as a member?
SexyFlings works on a membership system so that we are able to keep data files that contain your profile information and other information such as your "Hotlist", etc. Guests may enter the site and browse the listings, but in order to post a listing and use the many features available on the site, you must become a member.
Profiles
What are the profile guidelines/restrictions?
We really want you to stretch your imagination, but there are a few restrictions which are required by law. You are not allowed to write anything which contravenes any law, including but not limited to
sexual references to children
the promotion of hatred or bigotry
using someone else's material as your own (ie. copyright)
unintelligible language/gibberish
bestiality
Some people use services like ours to promote spam or commercial enterprises. To prevent this, you may not include
* HTML or any other coding language
* email addresses or web site URLs
* Personal contact information including telephones numbers or addresses
All profiles are subject to review. You will be notified by email if your profile is rejected or
requires modification. Please note that your profile may be deleted without warning or notice if you
violate these guidelines.
How do I edit my profile?
Login to your account and click on "edit your profile".
Can I delete a profile?
No. Once a profile has been entered into the system it is there permanently. You can however, contact us through email and ask to have your profile deleted.
How long will it take for my profile to be posted?
All profiles are subject to our Profile Guidelines(see above). Because of the very high number of new members, the time it takes to verify and post a profile will vary. Our goal is to have your profile verified and posted within 72 hours. You will only receive a notification if your profile has been rejected or required modification.
Why don't I see my profile?
There are a couple things you should check:
Has your profile been verified and posted? This will take 24-72 hrs to complete.
Have you edited your profile recently? If so, we have to verify it. Again, we ask for your patience while the process is completed.
If you still can't see your profile, please contact us through email, and we'll help you out.
Can I use HTML in my profile?
No. HTML or other code in a profile is the most common way for unscrupulous businesses to spread spam in a service like this. For the same reason, we cannot permit email addresses in profiles.
Passwords/Usernames
I forgot my password!
No problem. It's a simple one-step process to have your password renewed. Simply go to member login and click on "Lost Password" you will receive an email to login and reset your password.
How do I change my Password/ScreenName?
Go to member login and log into your account. click on "profile" on top menu bar or click on "edit your profile". Go to Personal Info. and click on edit.
Photos/Video
What are the photo/video guidelines/restrictions?
Picture must include a person. Body shots are acceptable. As our website contains adult content, pictures of children or including children are not acceptable and will be rejected and, or deleted.
For both photos and videos you may not upload images which contain:
*any person under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction
*pictures of bestiality
*pictures containing email addresses / personal contact information
*celebrities or other publicly known figures not yourself
*depictions of torture, abuse, violence or weapons
*fisting (both vaginal and anal)
*urination or other excretory functions
*insertion of foreign objects into vagina or anus
*images of cartoons or anime
*copyright artwork or images including but not limited to logos and trademarks
*anything which mentions or promotes bigotry, racial hatred or intolerance
No video may contain any spoken portions which violate any of the above restrictions.
How do I upload/delete a photo/video/audio?
From the Member Home Page, click on "Profile" and then on Multimedia Album and follow the instructions on that page.
Mail
Can I receive mail even if I'm not a paying member?
Yes, All members can receive email. To send mail within the system you must upgrade your membership.
How many emails can I send and receive?
If you're a free basic member you can't send email but you can receive them from a Paying/Gold member. A Paying/Gold member can send unlimited email. A Basic member can show interest in another member by sending a flirt/kiss or hotlisting them, but must upgrade to send email.
How do I block/unblock somebody from sending me mail?
You can block or unblock a member's email from the "email" box you have the option to "blacklist". You can ad or delete anyone who has sent you email. (If you are a Gold member) .
What is "Send them a kiss" and how do I use it?
"Send them a kiss" is your way of flirting with another member. If you think you might be a good match for the person you're looking at and reading about you'll want to "send them a kiss".
How do I turn email alerts on/off?
When you log into your "account" click on "My Alerts" which is listed under that and chose which notifications you would like to receive.
My email isn't working.
Here are the most common solutions to email issues:
Clear your cache (for instructions, do a browser search for "clear cache")
Close all browser windows then reenter site
Make sure your browser is running the most up-to-date version.
Site Features
What is Perfect Match?
PerfectMatch lets you choose as many or as few characteristics of your ideal mate as you wish, then sends those matches to you by email. Our entire database is searched for those people who exactly match your specifications. You can save your PerfectMatch settings, and we'll regularly update you as new members join. You can also change those settings, and we'll automatically respond to your new choices.
What is a QuickSearch and how do I do one?
QuickSearch is the fast and easy way to find compatible members and link up! Click "QuickSearch" on the Member Home Page to get to the Quick Search page. Make choices for the characteristics listed and press "search". Our entire database quickly searches and returns potential matches.
How do I do an Advanced Search?
If you would like to be more explicit in your tastes and choices, try an Advanced Search. There are many more search criteria which, while narrowing your choices, will make those choices almost exactly what you're looking for! Click "Search" on the top navigation bar, or "Advanced Search" on the Member Home Page.
How do I report spam?
We're determined to eliminate as much spam as we can from our service. Many unscrupulous individuals will try to use a service like this to send spam. While we do monitor and try to catch all spam, we need your help.
If you encounter what you consider to be spam, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Contact Us Form. We'll look into the problem immediately and remove the offending material.
How do I report offensive emails and profiles?
If you are offended by something sent to you by a member, we suggest you stop the conversation immediately and go to our Customer Service Page. If possible, make a copy of the offending material and include it in your message to us on the Customer Contact Form. If you are offended by a profile, please check our Profile Guidelines and Restrictions (see above). If you believe the material violates our guidelines, please forward the Screenname of the profile or the Headline, via our Customer Contact Form. We will immediately check the offending material and remove it as required.

How do I cancel my membership?
Go to the "Contact Us" page. Be sure to include your SexyFlings ID(AKA NickName) and email.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear as Shell Enterprises LLC
What's going on! I paid and so why am I not upgraded?
Sometimes there are temporary delays. Simply exit your browser, clear your cache and sign in again. This will clear any error that may have occurred.
Will I still have access once I have cancelled?
Yes, once a subscription has been cancelled, you will continue to have your membership level access until your subscription expires. At that time your membership will return to a free basic membership.
